Ribbons

The ribbon is one of the five apparatus used in Rhythmic Gymnastics, it's an aerial apparatus and one of the most difficult to master.

The ribbon consists of two parts: the first is a stick between 50 and 70 cm in length, and on the other hand, there's the ribbon itself which can be 4 meters or 6 meters long.

The ribbon is the most aesthetic and colorful part of this apparatus, and the choice of its measurements will depend on the height and level of each gymnast.
