Collection: Hoops

The hoops are one of the five apparatus used in Rhythmic Gymnastics, currently made of plastic, and they are usually decorated or wrapped with colored adhesive tapes.

Regarding the sizes of the hoop, they can vary according to the gymnast's needs, height, and level. Different sizes can be found, although the official hoops require a diameter between 80 and 90 cm.

For training purposes and to allow use from the oldest to the youngest, at Indigo we offer a variety of sizes ranging from 55cm to 90cm in diameter.

To determine the ideal size of a hoop, it is recommended that it reaches from the ground to the hip bone (which is 2 cm below the navel).
