A black hook for rhythmic gymnastics sticks, the piece that connects the stick to the ribbon and lets you change or replace it whenever needed.

A useful small spare part for repairing your stick, or for keeping one in reserve so you don't run short of material before training or a competition. Check the hook from time to time to stop the ribbon coming loose during exercise.
