Collection: Ropes

The rope is one of the five apparatus used in Rhythmic Gymnastics and is usually made of polyester, nylon, or other synthetic materials.

The way to get the right rope measurements will be based on the gymnast's height. The rope can be measured from the tip of the feet to the shoulders folded in half or from the tip of the feet stretching both ends with each hand until reaching the armpit height.

The peculiarity of the rope is that it has no minimum measurement. At Indigo, we have two sizes to suit gymnasts of different levels and ages: we have ropes 2.5 meters long and 3 meters long. Also, keep in mind that the rope can be cut if it's too long for the gymnast.
